Plans, usage limits, and user access
ClevMail has five plans. Each one limits four different things, and the free plan also has a daily cap that is easy to hit without seeing it coming.
The five plans
- Free, 0 RON: 1,000 contacts, 5,000 emails per month, 2 AI assistant runs, 1 user
- Starter, 249 RON: 2,500 contacts, 25,000 emails per month, 20 runs, 2 users
- Growth, 499 RON: 10,000 contacts, 100,000 emails per month, 50 runs, 5 users
- Pro, 999 RON: 25,000 contacts, 250,000 emails per month, 120 runs, unlimited users
- Enterprise, on request: over 25,000 contacts, everything else custom
Billing is in RON, with an invoice that complies with Romanian law.
The four ceilings, and where each one shows
- Contacts: how many subscribers your list can hold
- Emails per month: how many go out in the current billing period
- AI assistant runs: how many times the assistant can work in a month
- Users: how many people have access to the account
The first three show in Abonament, under „Ce include planul”, each with a bar and your number out of the ceiling, for example „201 din 2.500”. The bar turns amber at four fifths of the limit and red once the limit is reached.
The fourth shows somewhere else: the user counter sits in Echipă, above the invite button, in the form „2 din 2 locuri ocupate”. If you look for it in Abonament you will not find it.
The daily cap on the free plan
Free also has a cap of 1,000 emails per day, inside the 5,000 per month. With a list of 1,000 contacts, a single campaign to everyone uses up the day's cap. A second campaign the same day will not go out.
Paid plans have no daily ceiling.
AI assistant runs are the first limit you hit
Free gives you two runs per month. A draft you would actually send usually takes three or four passes, with adjusted instructions in between. On the free plan you hit the limit before the first good result, so spend the runs on one email that matters.
What exactly draws on them is worth knowing, because not everything that looks like AI work costs a run. The ClevMail logo on the free plan
Emails sent on Free carry the ClevMail logo in the footer. It is removed from Starter upwards.
Users and access
The number of people who can enter the account is capped by the plan: one on Free, two on Starter, five on Growth, unlimited on Pro. One seat means one person, whatever their role.
Invitations, roles and revoking access are all handled from Echipă, in the Contul block of the menu. The article on the team explains the three roles and what each one can do.
How you change plan
Changing plan is not done by card, inside the platform. In Abonament, under the plan card, you have „Vrei alt plan?” with two buttons: „Vezi toate planurile”, which goes to the pricing grid, and „Scrie-ne”, which opens the contact form. We move the account, and the difference applies from the start of the following month.
