What the AI assistant does and does not do

The assistant writes emails for you, based on what it knows about your brand. It does not decide on its own what goes out to your subscribers.

Where you find it, and where else AI shows up

The assistant lives in one place: Clevi, the first entry in the menu, under Conținut. That is where you talk to it in chat. Three other screens do have an AI button, each with its own job, and they are worth knowing so you do not go looking for generation where there is none.

• Clevi, in the menu under Conținut: the chat with the assistant. It writes whole emails, rewrites them on request, generates and edits images, saves the campaign to Drafturi
• The campaign editor, image block: „Sau generează cu AI”, where you describe the image and press „Generează”. The same place also has „Încarcă imagine” and „Alege din bibliotecă”
• Bibliotecă, the Șabloane tab, under „Creează șablon”: the „Generează cu AI” panel, where you pick the email type and get a subject and body. Text only, no images
• Media and the Designuri tab in Bibliotecă: no generate button at all. Media is the image store, where you upload your own, and the „Generate AI” tab shows what was generated from the editor

Four things it never does

These rules sit above anything you write in your instructions. They cannot be switched off.

1. It does not make things up. Prices, offers, deadlines, guarantees, product names, dates and web addresses come only from what you gave it. If something is missing, it asks you
2. It sends nothing. No emails, no publishing, no starting automations. Everything it produces stops at your approval
3. It does nothing with an effect unless you ask. A draft, an image, a scheduling proposal, all come on request and stay visible for approval
4. It says when it does not know. When it lacks a fact about your brand, it says so instead of improvising

What it does not do, even though it looks like it should

On top of the four rules above, the assistant has a short list of things that simply sit outside what it can touch.

It creates no templates and no designs. When it saves, it saves a campaign to Drafturi. The templates and designs in Bibliotecă stay things you make yourself, from their own screens.

It does not work inside Bibliotecă or Media. The AI panel in the new-template form is a separate helper for text, not the assistant, and it has no conversation, memory or brand profile behind it.

How much you let it do: three levels

The level is chosen in Reglaje Clevi, the second assistant page in the menu, and reaches it as an instruction, not only as a restriction.

• Sugerează: proposes angles, subjects and structures in the conversation, without creating anything in the account
• Draftează: writes whole campaigns, generates and edits images, saves the campaign as a draft
• Propune și programarea: on top of the above, it sends the campaign for your approval, with an email carrying the Aprobă and Respinge buttons

The actual send to subscribers stays yours on all three levels.

Where it takes what it knows from

When it writes, it reads in this order: the brand profile, your free-text instructions, the facts in memory, the documents in Knowledge. Each has its own article.

Your instructions go in word for word, untrimmed. They can change tone and structure, but they cannot rewrite the four rules above.

What happens if you gave it nothing

The rules about form hold even on an empty account: length, how it addresses people, a short subject, no emoji. Facts are another story.

In a test on an account with no documents in Knowledge, the email came out correct in form and with no real fact in it. The gap was filled with plausible things: an activity the brand never had, a shared memory that never happened. All written convincingly.

How you work with it in practice

It can work for a minute across several steps, and during all of it you can move around the app freely. The conversation and its work live outside the screen, so going to look at Activitate or opening another page lets the turn carry on, with the answer waiting for you when you come back.

Three things do stop a turn that has started:

• Closing or reloading the tab. The browser asks you first, exactly as on the draft page. After a reload you find the conversation and the draft again, and it tells you in the chat about the turn that was lost
• The „Oprește” button, which appears while it works
• Switching client from the selector at the top. Each client has its own conversation, so moving to another one starts a fresh one

At the end, the draft is saved explicitly with „Salvează ca draft”, and only then does it reach Drafturi. The safe order: you ask, you let it work, you save the draft, then you look at Activitate.
