How to create a campaign draft

Campaigns are created from the Drafts page, not from the Campaigns page. Campaigns is the history of what has already gone out.

Where drafts come from

  • Generated by the AI assistant, based on your newsletter schedule
  • Created by you, with the „Creează draft” button in the corner of the page, either from a saved template („Din șablon”) or from scratch („De la zero”), where you write the content in blocks, paste it as HTML, or ask the assistant with „Generează conținut”

A new draft does not always show up in the list right away. After the „Draft creat cu succes” message, or after the assistant has generated one, the list can stay on „Niciun draft în așteptare” for up to 30 seconds, until it refreshes on its own. The draft is saved, do not create it a second time. Until this is fixed, reload the page if you would rather not wait.

Reviewing a draft

Each draft appears as a card with the campaign name, the subject, a content preview, and how long it has been waiting. The „Revizuiește” button opens it for editing.

A draft marked „Întârziat” has been waiting for more than 24 hours without review. Check it first, especially if it comes from a recurring scheduled newsletter.

Name the campaign now

The name is set when you create the draft. A scheduled campaign can no longer be renamed from the interface, and the name is what you will search for in reports six months from now.

The design is chosen per draft

Each draft can use a different design. The default comes from your account settings, but you can change it here for the current campaign.

What comes after the draft

Sending itself, choosing recipients, the inbox test, and scheduling are separate steps. Once sent, the campaign moves into the Campaigns list.
