How many assistant runs you get per month

3 min read

Every request to the assistant that produces something counts as one run. Their number is capped per month, depending on your plan, and resets at the start of each month.

  • Free plan: 2 runs per month
  • Starter: 20
  • Growth: 50
  • Pro: 120

On the free plan you get two runs. They run out first of all the caps, sooner than your contacts or your emails, so they are worth using carefully.

You can see them any time in Abonament, on the „Rulări agent AI pe lună” line, which shows how many you have used out of how many you have, for example „3 din 20”. The bar turns amber at four fifths of the ceiling and red once you reach it.

What uses up a run, exactly

Three things, and only three.

  1. One exchange with the assistant, in Clevi. One message from you and everything it does in reply counts as a single run, no matter how many steps it takes internally. If it writes the copy, makes an image and then saves the draft, that is still one
  2. The „Generează cu AI” panel in the new-template dialog, in Bibliotecă
  3. Every issue an automated newsletter flow writes on its own

The third one spends without you asking for anything that day. An active automated newsletter flow takes one run for every issue it prepares. On the free plan, with two runs a month, two issues use up the month. Once the ceiling is reached the next issue simply does not get written, with no error message, so its absence is the only sign.

What costs nothing

Images made from the campaign editor are free. In the editor, on the image block, you have „Sau generează cu AI”: you describe the image, press „Generează”, and no run is deducted. That is a deliberate choice, because a campaign with three visuals would otherwise eat your whole monthly ceiling.

So if all you want is a visual, make it there. An exchange with the assistant asked only for an image costs a run you could have kept for copy.

Nothing is charged either for reading an old conversation, moving around the settings, fixing a draft by hand, or sending the campaign.

How not to waste them

Put the facts in before the first request. A run on an empty account produces an email with no real fact in it, which is a run spent on a text you will throw away anyway. With Knowledge filled in, the same run produces something worth editing.

Edit by hand instead of retrying. When the draft is three quarters good, your edit takes two minutes and costs no run. A retry costs one and can break what was good.

Do not ask for variants to choose from. Three variants means three runs. On the free plan that is the whole month's budget, plus one over.

Tell it everything in one message. Because a run covers everything it does in reply, a message asking for both the copy and the image costs the same as one asking only for the copy.

What happens when they run out

Once the cap is reached, the assistant stops working until next month or until you move to a higher plan. The rest of the platform works normally: you write, send and schedule campaigns without it, and the editor's images stay available.
