Finding your way around
The left-hand menu has five groups, with the pages that are not tied to a single client sitting above them. The menu labels are in Romanian throughout the app, so they are given here exactly as you will see them.
Above the groups
- Acasă (Home): the overview
- Clienți (Clients): the accounts you manage, if you manage several
- Statistici (Statistics): email performance
- Setări agenție (Agency settings): notifications and access, at account level
The five groups
- Conținut (Content): Clevi, Drafturi, Campanii
- Contacte (Contacts): Abonați, Segmente, Etichete, Liste
- Automatizări (Automations): Fluxuri, Formulare
- Materiale (Assets): Bibliotecă, Media
- Contul (Account): Detalii, Abonament, Echipă, Reglaje Clevi, Setări client
Clevi and Reglaje Clevi are not the same screen
The names look alike, but the screens do different things and live in different groups. Clevi, under Conținut, is where you actually work on an email with the assistant. Reglaje Clevi, under Contul, is where you tell it who you are and what it knows about you.
Reglaje Clevi has five tabs: Profil de brand, Cunoștințe, Memorie, Control and Activitate. That is where the voice is configured, not in Setări client.
If you manage several clients
Everything in the menu is scoped to the client picked in the selector at the top. Switching clients changes the data across every page at once. If a page says no client is selected, pick one first: Abonați, Campanii, Fluxuri and Statistici all need an active client.
